About Goody:

What is Goody?

Goody is an on-demand snack delivery service. If you are craving snacks or drinks, use our site or app to place an order and we will deliver it right to your door from one of our local facilities in under 30 minutes.

How fast does Goody deliver?

Real FAST! We'll get it to you in under 30 minutes, depending on local conditions and circumstances. We all know about LA traffic!

Because our facilities are located in your neighborhoods, our drivers pick up from our locations and bring directly to your door.

How much does it cost to order with Goody?

Only $1.95. Every time, all the time. No surge pricing.

Does Goody accept cash?

Unfortunately, we do not. But the good news is that you can use Venmo or PayPal to complete your order.

How late does Goody deliver?

We are open till 3:00am. We got you covered when everyone else has closed up shop.

Where do you deliver?

We are starting off by servicing West Hollywood in Los Angeles but will be expanding to new neighborhoods very fast. Give us a shout out on Twitter or Facebook and let us know where you want us to deliver next!

How do I contact customer service?

The best way is to fill out the contact form but if you must call, then here is the number: (714) 485-8723. Make sure to leave a message if you can't get through and we will call you back. Promise!!

 

Your Order:

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, but we are sure you can handle $10 worth of Goodies. Please be aware that the delivery fee and taxes do not apply towards the $10 minimum order requirement. If you are using any coupons, you might still have to order a minimum of $10.

Can I order in advance?

Not currently. But if there is enough demand for it, we'll make it happen.

Can I send an order to someone else?

You can set the delivery address to wherever you want, but please be aware that you will be getting text messages on your phone about delivery update and status. The driver will also be calling you to coordinate the drop-off.

What is the status of my order?

You will receive text messages alerting you to the status of your order. Sometimes the delivery time might change and we will send you an updated delivery arrival time. If you feel something has gone wrong, please contact us at (714)-485-8723 and we will try to resolve the problem.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us at (714)-485-8723 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Why was my order cancelled? What if my card has been charged?

 We sincerely apologize for any confusion this has caused you!

Sometimes due to various reasons, we cannot fulfill an order. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause but give us a call at (714)-485-8723 or send us an email via our contact form and we will help you resolve the issue.

If your card was charged, we will then have to issue a refund. Refunds generally take 3-5 Business Days to process (not including weekends or holidays).

In some instances, funds may be returned in the form of a Voided Transaction instead of a manual refund. In these instances, you will see a pending charge fall off of your account instead of a positive credit into your account. This can be very confusing, so we recommend that you speak to your financial institution in the event that a refund or void has been completed and more than 5 Business Days have passed.

 My order arrived but there are items missing or there was something wrong with one of the products. (melted, expired, damaged, wrong items)

I placed my order but did not receive a text or email yet?

After placing an order with Goody, you should receive both an SMS confirmation and an email confirmation. Please verify your mobile number and email address associated with your Goody account. If that information is correct, then it is possible your order was never placed or processed.

Please place another order, or you can contact us here and we will reach out to resolve the matter.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately, not at this time. But maybe in the future.

 

Payment:

What payment methods does Goody accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Pay Pal, Venmo, Google and Apple Pay.

I was issued a refund by Goody but it doesn't show in my account yet?

All credit card refunds take anywhere between 3-5 business days to appear in your account. If it still hasn't shown up after 5 days, please contact us so we may help resolve it.


 

Your Delivery/Driver:

Do you have contact-less delivery due to COVID-19?

We’re offering Non-Contact Delivery in all Goody markets.

To use this feature, simply check the new box for “Non-Contact Delivery” on the checkout page & provide additional instructions for your driver—like to leave your order with a front desk, to ring your doorbell, etc. 

If you choose this option, a driver partner should call you upon arrival to confirm where the order should be left & to let you know the delivery is ready for pickup at your desired location. Even if you do not answer this phone call, the driver partner will leave your order in the location you requested.

Note: Orders containing products that require ID verification, such as alcohol and tobacco, are not eligible for Non-Contact Delivery.

 How can I tip my driver?

We appreciate you appreciating the hard work our drivers do. You may leave your driver a tip on your credit card or debit card at checkout. Your delivery driver gets 100% of your tip!

I experienced a problem with my driver.

We apologize that you did not have an amazing experience with us. Our aim is to make sure we deliver on our standards of service every time. We do our utmost to make sure our team of drivers get the proper training and instructions.
